    Worst Customer Service Ever!!

2 pieces arrived in cardboard box with absolutely zero paperwork to describe how to install or how to program. Emailed a couple listed emails for A1 over and over. Several emails sent from multiple email accounts. Not a single answer! I even requested an RMA to return it - NO ANSWER. I was (am) really upset with these guys. Finally did a bunch of googling on the actual lock itself and found out how to program it.
